If jil3 becomes aware that a minor has created an account or submitted personal data, that account will be immediately closed, all associated data will be deleted, and any deposits will be returned to the originating payment method. jil3 primarily stores and processes personal data within the Philippines. Where data is transferred to service providers operating outside the Philippines (e.g., certain cloud infrastructure or game software providers), jil3 ensures that such transfers are made only to countries or organisations offering an adequate level of data protection, or subject to contractual safeguards that impose data protection standards equivalent to those required under Philippine law. jil3 will not transfer personal data outside the Philippines without a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards as required by the DPA and NPC guidelines.
jil3 reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, Platform functionality, or applicable legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent in-Platform notification before taking effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the jil3 Platform following a Policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
